Homemade Food Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nana, Love is Served app ("App"). This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and the process we follow, in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.

Right to Request Data Deletion
- You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by submitting a request through the App or emailing app@thenana.app.
- This applies to all data collected, including account information (name, email, phone, address), payment details, order history, and usage data.

How to Request Data Deletion
- In-App Request: Go to Settings > Account > "Delete My Data" and follow the prompts.
- Email Request: Email app@thenana.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request," including your full name, email address, and phone number associated with your account.
- We may require identity verification (e.g., email confirmation) to process your request.

Data Deletion Process
- Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity within 5 business days.
- Once verified, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, including:
- Account information (name, email, phone, address).
- Order history and meal preferences.
- Usage data (e.g., app interactions, device info).
- Location data (if collected).
- We will notify you via email when deletion is complete.
- Note: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax records) or for legal claims, anonymized for analytics, or backed up temporarily (deleted within 90 days).

Third-Party Data
- We will instruct third-party providers (e.g., payment processors) to delete your data where applicable.
- We are not responsible for third-party retention beyond our control; you may need to contact them directly (e.g., Stripe for payment data).

Impact of Data Deletion
- Deleting your data will terminate your account, removing access to the App’s services.
- You will no longer receive order updates, recommendations, or support communications.
- Data deletion is irreversible; you’ll need to create a new account to use the App again.

- We may retain anonymized data for analytics (e.g., aggregated order trends).
- Data required for legal compliance (e.g., tax records for 7 years) will be retained as mandated by law.
